HOW TO RETURN

·   Email hk@hkhomedecor.co.uk and include your

·   invoice number, reason for return and photos of any damage

·   Returns need to be made maximum after 5 days the date of you received the      

·   items.

·   Once you receive the returns acknowledgement email, proceed with the returns

·   The hkhomedecor will not cover the delivery costs of

·   returns

·   On arrival of return items, they will be quality checked and a returns decision will be made

·   You will receive an email confirming the returns decision and the refund will be initiated

·   Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be completely processed

·         Shipping costs are non-refundable
